Are there any cleaning fees?

there is a cleaning fee associated with each booking, with different rates depending on the length of the stay. For short stays, there is a cleaning fee of 30€, and for long stays, the fee is 60€. Additionally, there may be the option for extra cleanings based on the duration of your vacation and your preferences.

What is your cancellation policy?

In Casa Esencias we try to be as flexible as possible to secure your vacation and possible changes. The cancellation is free up until 48h before your arrival.

Is this home safe for babies and children?

Children are welcome! However the apartment is not suitable for babies due to a lack of provisions for a safe environment at the moment. It's important to prioritize the safety and well-being of children, so it's understandable that certain accommodations may not be suitable for them.

How far is the nearest beach?

The nearest beach is called Playa Fañabé and it's just 7 min walk from the apartment.

It's a fantastic location for beach lovers. Being in close proximity to the beach provides easy access to sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying various beach activities.

Additionally, the presence of restaurants, bars, and beach activities nearby offers a range of options for entertainment, dining, and relaxation. Guests staying at the apartment will have the opportunity to explore and experience the local culinary scene, enjoy drinks at bars, and even partake in exciting beach excursions.

How far is the airport?

The nearest airport is located in the south of the island and it's called Tenerife South Airport Reina Sofía. It's 12min away by car from Mareverde, Costa Adeje.

Can I use all the pools in Mareverde?

Yes, you can swim, dive in the pools and move around the whole complex, including the pool bar. Please be aware of the opening and closing times, to keep a respectful environment between the rest of the guest and neighbours.

Is the apartment quite?

Yes, fortunately the apartment is very quiet! it's located in the North-East of the complex, which is the quietest area, away of the street and pool noises. You will be able to relax and rest without noises, apart of the nearby neighbours.

How many people is the apartment available for?

Ideally is for 2 people, as it is one bedroom apartment. However it can be suitable up until 4 people because there is a sofa-bed in the living room.
